I am planning to purchase a wireless headphone and I saw this product online. After reading some of the reviews I decided to order. I am so satisfied with this product it actually surpassed my expectations- in terms of sound production, the duration of operating hours, the ease of use. I used while doing my walk and run and it is stable. Thanks Philips

For a set of wireless headphone half the price of the nearest similar product, I am very impressed with my SHB3075BK’s from Phillips. I have been expansive in my praise & recommendation to other musicians in my wide peer group. Sadly, after a year of daily use, the on/off switch started to become unreliable & now refuses to work at all. I would happily replace them but I can’t trust the same won’t happen again. I’ve expressed my concerns in writing but had no response, so far.

Good sound quality and isolation for price. Had no issues with connectivity. BUT leant the hard way: disable the handsfree device in Windows 10. It does't work and Phillips doesn't provide ANY solution. Handsfree works fine with Android, and Headphone works with all.

Product barely used (been in storage due to move), but the ear pads are flaking. It gets all over the place; in your ears, down your clothes! Really disappointing … will have to now replace them … absolute waste of money.

Purchased a toothbrush - small package, lightweight , $15 postage - 12 days to deliver. I got concerned at day 10 - reached out. Delivery was ”attempted” - no notification about that whatsoever : We don’t have roadside delivery on the farm, and Philips won’t deliver to our PO. go figure. Then the kind Customer Services sent me 30 to the wrong PO. They paid, unsolicited, compensation for the sum of $0.01 YEP THEY PAID ME one (1) cent! Is the toothbrush amazing - no idea I’m still stuck on the service
