Before i received the product, I was so worried about the level of pain as written by other reviewers. When I finally received it and tried it, my first reaction was "pain? I don't feel any pain!" That's how good the product is. Well-designed and pain free. THere's a bit of a tickle and the initial feeling is like having a sharp wire graze against your skin. But within seconds that feeling disappears and it actually feels even better than shaving. Tweezing is million times more painful! My little daughter who was terrified initially (before using the product) was full of smiles when she started epilating her hands and legs! Fully recommend the product as it's effective and pain free.

I was never a fan of shaver and I would prefer to use an epilator as I realised that with epilation I can have a clean shaved for at least up till 3 weeks. I used to own another older model of the epilator and I have been using it for more than 8 years however it is now broken and I needed to get a replacement. The lady at the departmental store was very helpful and introduce me to this set. I knew exactly what type of epilator that I wanted since I have been using it for a really long time. And to be honest I thought this was a great deal! For the price I paid I get a 3 pc in a box set. Really love the epilator design and I really like how the smaller epilator that is battery operated was so handy and ergonomic. Was so impressed by the product!! :)

I love this. But is quite pain for me.I didn't try others epilation. So this is first time for me. its pain! but i had tried hair removal cream, is not pain. but I sensitive. So i bought this epilation. btw, I will continue use this product. ><
