I have used this product for storing expressed milk and now solid food for my baby. They are versatile and very handy for taking food when shopping. It is simple and easy to defrost food and then serve food to baby from container. Excellent product.

So disappointed with these cups, I thought I wasbuying a quality product but it turns out it is just cheap plastic at an expensive price. I have used them to freeze and heat food as per the instructions. The last couple of times I have used them I have found splits in 2 of them. Not impressed considering I have been using them for only 6 months.
