My new blender adhered to my expectation, like it very much

Huge time saver with this work horse. It's so strong! I can't believe how it powers through nuts to make the finest puree for my nut milk. Love love love.

I recommend this product. Its powerful, simple and nice.

I bought this for my godma, and she never fails to comment how good this blender is! The blending is so fine that she says she will not be using any other again!

The black plastic part that holds the blade doesn't seem to screw on at a perfect symmetry/straight angle onto the glass jug (once screwed on fully it's slanting horizontally). Thought it was just my blender but appears it's a "design flaw" as I checked a few others at the store and they all have the same issue. Moreover, the glass jug handle doesn't align as per the picture - the handle is more to the left, almost facing you straight on. Would have been much nicer if it was as per the picture

I was indeed quite happy when we bought this product a couple of years ago. For the premium nature of the product we were expecting a long service life without issues, but that was not to be. The blade unit is making lot of noise as it seems to have some broken parts within, maybe ball bearings. repair cost seems to be almost 40% of a new unit
