Nice sound and good service from Philips Indonesia

I am surprised by the reviews I just read. I own this soundbar and do not have much issues with it except that the Youtube function has been removed or no longer supported (that's why the 4 stars and not 5!). I remember the windows vibrating as the bass is powerful and I have to go minus 2 (not even zero!) to keep it at acceptable level. When my wife and children are out, it goes back up to 2 (LOL!). I use fiber optic cable from TV to this soundbar. There are sync issues, but I can't tell if it's because of the movie, but it's not that bad. With a good Philips 47PFL6007 TV bought back then together with this, it gives good picture: white is white, red is red. Excellent combo. Good sharp TV clarity. Sound bar does the job just fine. I play movies (mkv, mp4, avi), listen to MP3 songs for hours. No idea what the fuss about.

ผมซื้อมา 1ปีเสียค้าง Starting ต้องเปลี่ยนบอร์ดแพงพอๆซื้อใหม่ ใช้มาได้ 6 เดือนเสียค้าง Starting อีกต้องเปลี่ยนบอร์ดอีก แพงกว่าซื้อเครื่องใหม่แล้ว/เสียดายจัง เพราะชอบดีไซน์ แต่ใช้งานยากซับซ้อน และเสียง่าย

Spoiled after i connect to a newer model of Phillips TV. Same brand but not compatible! Phillips needs to buck up on its softwares. Always hang and no more updates after 2yrs.

nonsense system .regret much bought Philips items. very expensive and yet get this kind of system .pls upgrade ur system explain to the customer the cons of using Philips product after 3yrs

I bought this system around 2 years back, Now my wireless sub woofer become useless due to the mother board spoiled, expensive to repair.

Giving me problem during my 2 years using. Always having problem syncing with the TV for audio sound and always unable to detect this sound bar. Be it using HDMI or Optical both TV and Sound Bar don't sync and I am using a Philips TV as well.

The wireless module breakdown in less than 2 yrs, making the wireless subwoofer useless
