As a larger breasted mumma (16GG), I had issues from the get-go with other brands either having too small a breast cup, or too low suction. The Avent pump has a wider, deeper breast cup, plus the comfort cover helps to stimulate a larger part of the breast, so I don't have to finish with manual expressing. The only downside is that it isn't battery operated, and the suction between the two sides changes from time to time. I rectified this by pumping for 5 minutes, then swapping the left bottle to the right breast and vice versa, so that both sides expressed equally.

This product is expensive but easily wears down. The more frequent pumping and heavy use, one of the motor pump easily wears down. Better attention on the motor pump is recommended whilst there is excellence in design and ease of use
