Dial knob tight. Shelves cannot be stacked randomly. Noisy while in operation. Takes longer cooking time for same type of food compared to old models.

I bought the same steamer to replace my old steamer. It is the same model but somehow I find this new steamer does not perform as well as the previous one. Firstly during steaming, it produces a lot of noise. The timer dial does not allow it to be wind back when I accidentally turn it to too long a time. The old steamer allows the dial to be switch back to a shorter time.

I cannot set the timer for 5 mins, the minimum is 10 mins! The dial also cannot be turned back to cut down the steaming time.

After using this product, my power reading was double.

Set up the product ready to use. Firstly, power cable too short. Secondly timer switch only able to set to 10 mins. Poor QC.
