The machine is simple and not expensive. It is replacement for the Bosch-Siemens Tk 5200 which was too expensive for repair. In fact, Philips EP1200 was cheaper than the repair costs quoted by Bosch. But the Bosch-Siemens was with me since 2008. I am extremely satisfied with this Philips Saeco 1200 coffee espresso machine. In fact, the Philips Service centre has been established for very long time in many cities to support the Philips products.

I have been using this machine since early July 2023 and am happy with it. Very easy to use, My Coffee Choice is a nice feature to enable you to profile your preferences and repeat them every time. Simple maintenance routine.

I hot my machine as a present from my daughter and my coffee is cafe quality I love it easy to use looks great in my kitchen. I cant really rate the price becausr i got it for free😀😀 im so lucky

Upgraded after several Nespresso machines and we are absolutely loving this! Took a few trial and errors with bean types and strength, but have the settings down pat. Takes no more time than an pod machine and cleaning and quality is great.

Easy to use for a good taste. Highly recommend to coffee drinker. However, manual could not be found in the packing box and not figs relating to manual downloaded from the website.

We bought this unit as we had used one at a guest house we managed for 5-years. We knew it was easy to operate, ran trouble free and most importantly made a great cup of coffee. The machine is easy to operate and keep clean.
