[Employee of philipsglobal] I tried comparing in Ironing my Linen shirt which takes minimum 15 minutes to clean and requires hard press, however, with the board at the back and good steam , I was able to iron my shirt with less pressure and in time. Good alternate for dry iron !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it first arrived I expected the box to be much heavier but I was pleasantly surprised that this product is lightweight which makes it very easy to move around (even when filled with water). There are instructions in the box to assist you putting it all together but I was able to assemble my unit without even looking at the instructions, so it's an easy set up. It is lightweight but completely sturdy, even when it has heavy garments on it. It doesn't take long at all for the water to heat up and the steamer becomes ready to use. It is simple, fast and easy to use on many different types of fabric and I found it much easier than battling with an ironing board. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate having this product until I had used it for a couple of weeks. It's easy to use on clothes as well as sheets, pillow cases, etc.. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this product to anybody as you will get much more use out of it than you initially expect and with its size and weight it stores away easily not taking up too much room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this amazing Garment Steamer just about every single day for a couple of weeks ironing my work clothes as well as the kids school uniforms and so far I just love it! I was initially expecting the box to be a lot heavier than it was, so I am impressed by how light weight this product it, even with the steamer filled with water. It makes it easily portable and little to no effort to put away. The product came well packaged with instructions included which I only just glanced at and figured out most of it just by looking at the end picture. So if you're worried, don't be, this is an easy one to put together in just a few minutes! After filling up the back water container and turning it on after plugging it in at the wall, it only took a few minutes for the steamer to fully heat up on the highest setting and I could see it steaming out my wrinkles very quickly. It worked on all sorts of different fabrics including pleated skirts, foiled t-shirts and cotton dresses. The stand although light, is very sturdy and stands up firmly even with a bit of wright thrown on it from various types of clothing. I love the simplistic yet practical design and the gorgeous rose gold accent colour on the machine. Highly recommend giving this a go! It has saved me so much in ironing time!
