Good Quality Does not leak Great Size for toddler

My toddler loves her 'dinosaur' sippy and it's the least leaky of 3 different 'no spill' brand cups we have. It's sturdy and compact (no unnecessary handles). We've had no probs with the straw like some review have said. We get heaps of compliments on it and I can't understand why they discontinued it!? Great they also have/had replacement parts so you don't need to buy a whole new thing when one bit finally breaks. That said, ours has withstood many throws and high drops over the last couple of years!

The straw of this bottle has a very bad quality. After using it two weeks , it torn. Then I bought new straw , it happened again.

The straw keeps disappearing into the spout as baby sucks the water up the straw, so I have to keep undoing the lid to let the air on so the straw will come back out of the spout. Sometimes it goes so far down, I have to undo the whole cup and realign the mechanism so she can drink fromnit again. What a waste of money, time and effort! Do not buy this product.

Don't know it the one we got was faulty or this is just how they are, but either way it's a 1 star problem. Followed the directions (which don't include words, and include an incredibly ambiguous picture instead) for assembly, disassembled and reassembled several times. Same issue.
