Everything about this machine ticks the right boxes. It was easy to set up and makes a good, quality cuppa. The machine is also aesthetically pleasing and stands out very nicely. The best part, I don't have to separately purchase a milk frother as this machine creates delicious milk foam to round off a good cup. The size of the milk carafe is slightly bigger than what I'm used to, and slightly far apart from the coffee dispenser. Hence, the machine is not friendly for certain cup sizes. Cups need to be big enough to ensure both coffee dispenser and milk pipe is in line, but not too big as the carafe is quite chunky and blocked quite a huge space on the drip tray.
