Not the first wireless headphones i had but the best to date

Hi , my sis got it for me from London . I live in Pakistan . I lost the earbud, and it’s useless with out earbud. From where can I find ear buds in Pakistan , if it’s not possible than is there any other alternate for these EarPods

I bought my earphones about a month ago and i had to cut the ear buds a bit because they were painfull. I think the sound level could be improved. I have cheaper headphones and they sound higher. I just have one question, is this earphone only available for phone use? Because my pc does not detect the signal of my earphone.

They are comfortable when in your ear, but they often fall off, even when all you are doing is taking the headphones off. I have tried to find the replacements on-line and can't locate them. It is also temperamental in pairing. I often have to remove and then add the device to make it work.

I bought this product only 1 month ago and it already stopped working - I cannot turn it on anymore even though the battery had been charged for a whole day --> so pure waste of my money. In additional te quality of the bass is very poor

made special trip to buy this product. Did not work out of the box. Took forever to figure out because could not see the charging light area; worse because of course it was not lit up. Would not charge at all so had to make another trip to return. Note also to designers. Make charging light bigger. Anyone over 40 cannot see it without glasses. Note to manufacturers; make products that work. Bought this because of Phillips name which I had previously trusted. My time is valuable so having to waste a portion of two days to deal with this is a deal breaker for me.
